By downloading, installing, or using Dog Walker Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for your personal or business dog walking management purposes.

3. Use of the App

You agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Maintain the security of your device and data
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Not use the App for any illegal purposes

4. Data and Backups

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining regular backups of your data
• Ensuring the accuracy of your data
• Complying with data protection laws when storing client information

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the App will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

7. Tax Calculations

Tax calculations and HMRC reports provided by the App are estimates only. You are responsible for verifying all tax calculations, consulting with qualified accountants or tax advisors, and filing accurate tax returns with HMRC.

8. Subscription and Billing

The App is available on a subscription basis at £15 per month. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, update the App, and change these Terms of Service. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms of Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
